The AIPA Leadership Program

The AIPA Leadership Program is an after school program dedicated to teaching elementary and middle school students vital life and SEL skills not taught in the classroom. Through the teachings of specific skills our goal is for students to be successfully prepared graduating from high school going into college and the workforce.

NextGen Fest

NextGen Fest is a youth career and technology festival held once a year where students from the community explore different career fields through workshops, guest speakers, and interactive events such virtual reality (VR).

NextGen Film Fest

The NextGen Film Fest is a youth film festival where youth express themselves through the visual medium. Each year’s theme is different and usually centers around youth putting leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation skills into action and showing us a glimpse of the future they want.
